How to delete emails when quota reached

Outlook

If you are using Outlook find the column named Size.

Click the word ‘Size’ to change the order, again to reorder the opposite way.

Webmail (in a browser)

Step 1

https://webmail.gts3.co.uk/

Then check your quota

Step 2

Click the options tab in the top

Step 3

Choose the largest files to make most space first, and delete the unwanted emails.

Step 4

Or
choose the oldest files to make most space first, and delete the unwanted emails.

Check your email space again, as in step 1.
