Why do I need a graphic designer?

How does your logo design process work?

During our first meeting about a logo, we talk about the client’s ideas, the audience for this logo, and how it will be used. Then, to get an idea of the client’s taste, we ask for examples of logos that they like or don’t like. Sometimes the client has an idea of what they want already. Sometimes they don’t even know what they want. In either case, before we start work, we make sure we have enough information. Our service for creating logos is very easy to understand.

Do we own the artwork once we pay for it?

Yes, once paid you will fully own the artwork.

Do I get a vector file for my logo once created?

Yes, we can provide you with an EPS (vector), JPEG & PNG file. Our logo design can be used to make business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, websites, graphics for websites, direct mail, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business needs.

How involved is the client in the design stages?

We start by listening to what our clients have to say. Before we start working with a new client, we ask them to bring in any samples, colour combinations, or ideas they may have. This helps us figure out their style. Before work continues on a design, the client is asked to approve certain colours and fonts. Once the design project is ready to go to print, we’ll send the customer a final proof for approval before sending it to production. Once a job has been sent to production, it can’t be stopped. At the end of a project, if the client paid for design services, they can ask for the artwork in different formats.

How will I receive my design project upon its completion?

Once the final payment has been received, we will send a high-resolution PDF of your project. We will also hold the original files on our back-up drives for 7 years.

Which software do you use for designing?

We use the Adobe Software Suite, that includes QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign.
